Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Kids moved out, so we're selling our big house, eyeing a 2BHK in Kondhwa. Shapoorji Pallonji ka project dekha. Builder quoted ₹90L. But true all-in cost kitna jayega? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... sab mila ke kitna upar ja sakta hai? Pune mein negotiation kahan tak possible hai? Log bolte hain kuch nahi milta. Any advice?

₹90L for a 2BHK in Kondhwa? Builder toh kuch bhi bolta hai. Bhai, ispe kitna extra jaayega? Stamp duty, registration, society charges, maintainence, parking... sab milake 1 crore toh cross karega na? Bahut darr lag raha hai pehli baar ghar lene mein.
