I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Prices have doubled since then! But back then, the risk was higher. Now, everything is so expensive.
Don't just look at the price. Look at the amenities! Are they actually functional? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... Are they actually built and maintained?
