Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Resale se jo paise aaye hain, thinking of investing in Noida. Swaraj Homes Shatabdi Enclave and Sai Upvan dikha rahe hain. Shatabdi Enclave is pricier, but is the extra carpet area worth it? Sai Upvan seems more budget-friendly, but maintenance charges kitne honge? Elevator and hospital proximity is important. Which has better RWA after possession? Honestly not sure which is best for retired life.

Shatabdi Enclave suna hai kaafi purana project hai. For senior citizens, ready-to-move is always better. Sai Upvan ke baare mein zyada idea nahi.
