Shire Tirupati Garden ya Greens The Platinum, which project seems more practical for an empty nester like me? Kids ab move out ho gaye hain, so don't need such a big place. I'm selling my current property and want something ready ya near-ready. Shire Tirupati Garden ka possession status theek lag raha, but Greens The Platinum ka floor plan thoda better laga. But Greens is still under construction, right? Also, maintenance cost aur nearby hospital connectivity kahan better hai? Any experiences with either society's RWA ya builder ka track record?

Greens The Platinum, unki promised amenities often get diluted ya toh bahut late milti hain. For an empty nester, peace of mind is more important than a fancy floor plan in a delayed project. Don't rush into anything just because it 'looks' good.
Budget bhi dekhna padega. Greens The Platinum abhi sasta lag sakta hai, but under-construction projects mein hidden costs aur delays ka risk hota hai. Ghaziabad market abhi buyer-friendly hai, so negotiate hard wherever you go, don't settle for first offer.
