Shiv Krishna Valley: The truth about those 'premium' amenities

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Shiv Krishna Valley. Honestly, everyone glorifies these fancy clubhouses and amenities in projects like this, but nobody talks about how empty they usually are. Matlab, is that huge maintenance charge just for show? Green areas bhi sirf brochure mein bade lagte hain, real mein cramped feel hota hai. Is the price jump for a 3BHK really worth these ghost facilities? Disagree? Tell me why.
