Shiv Shakti Shyam Kunj Villa mein rehne ka experience kaisa hai, sach mein? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76, but family ke liye thoda aur space chahiye, so thinking of upgrading to a villa around ₹78L. Is this project genuinely good for daily living, ya bas paper pe accha lagta hai? Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikha rahe hain, like pool aur gym, but asli mein kitni useful hain aur unki upkeep kaisi hai? Neighbourhood bhi important hai. Schools, hospitals, aur markets kitne paas hain, for daily convenience? Aur society ka mahaul kaisa hai? Friendly families hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Already home loan hai, toh I want to be sure this price jump is worth it for a truly comfortable home, not just an address. Koi real user feedback dega toh help hogi.
