My lease is up in 3 months and I'm still trying to find a place. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different; it's hard to see past all the marketing. Shiva Film City keeps popping up, with units in the ₹7.5 L–₹32 L range. I know what builders don't tell you about amenities, so I'm wondering about the actual livability here. Are the promised facilities like parks and community spaces genuinely useful, or just on paper? What's the neighbourhood really like for daily needs, schools, and hospitals? Honestly, I'm looking for a home, not just an investment. Any off-the-record experiences with daily life there would be super helpful.
