Big price difference, obviously! Has anyone experienced living in either? Is AIG really worth the crores they are asking? Or is Shivi a better option for a family like mine? School proximity bhi matter karta hai, bhai. What's the resale value like for both? Which one has better rental potential? I don't want some ghost society, that's my biggest fear.
