Bhai, Sundaram Construction ke naam pe hi darr lagta hai. ₹78L for a 2BHK in Shivpuri, 4th floor? That sounds fishy if they say 'all-inclusive'. Ghaziabad mein toh builders ki history aisi hi rahi hai, last minute pe kuch na kuch nikal hi aata hai. Make sure you get everything in writing, down to the last rupee.
