Since last month I've been looking for my first property in Rajkot, but honestly, pata hi nahi kahaan se shuru karoon. My budget is around 70-80L for a 2BHK. Krishna Kunj side dekha hai, Ansal API ke projects bhi hain. Not sure if new launch is better ya resale. Log kehte hain builder ka track record dekho, but sab kaafi similar lagte hain. What's the best way to shortlist first few options? Any specific areas in Rajkot I should focus on for a first-time buyer? Help out please!

Bhai, 70-80L for a 2BHK in Rajkot is a decent budget, but for new launches, achhe projects mein thoda stretch karna pad sakta hai. My advice is to seriously consider resale
Totally understand your dilemma! Rajkot mein itne options hain ki confusion ho jaati hai. Meri bhi same situation thi jab main search kar raha tha. Ansal API ke projects kaise lage aapko? Unka delivery record thoda mixed suna hai, so be careful.
