Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. First time buyer hoon, Bangalore mein property dekh raha hoon. I'm looking at Keya Homes, especially their projects near Frazer Town. Kya aap log bata sakte ho ki first property shortlist kaise karte hain? Site visit pe kya kya check karna chahiye that builders don't usually mention? I'm really nervous about under-construction projects too, delivery risk ka kya scene hai? Anyone with experience with Keya Homes ya Frazer Town area? Please advise.
