Should I buy a 2BHK in Indirapuram or keep renting?

₹25,000 for rent in Indirapuram feels like burning money, but buying a 2BHK for ₹70L means a huge EMI. Everyone glorifies home ownership here, but I'm honestly not sure the math works out in Ghaziabad right now. With interest rates high, isn't renting and investing elsewhere smarter? Change my mind.
