Should I choose ATS or Godrej in Noida?

Just moved into my ATS Greens Village flat, possession was in March. Overall experience is okay-okay. But things nobody told me about the maintenance charges! Godrej properties are also in the same area, Sector 93. I'm hearing mixed reviews about their construction quality. Matlab, plaster cracks and seepage issues are there. ATS ka customer support is responsive, but are Godrej better in the long run? I'm thinking of investing in another property. Resale value kiska better hoga after 5 years? What does the community think? Should I stick with ATS again or try Godrej this time?
