Should I have waited for Jewar Airport effect?

Okay I'll be honest – regretting buying so early near Pari Chowk. Everyone said Jewar Airport would instantly spike prices. Possession was in March, but prices haven't moved *that* much. Should I have waited longer before buying? Or is the real impact still years away? Maybe investing further down Yamuna Expressway was the play. Change my mind. What's the realistic timeline, folks?
