Are Ghaziabad property prices actually going to hold up till 2026? I'm seriously fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at areas like Indirapuram and Raj Nagar Extension, even Pratap Vihar. 2BHKs are pushing 60-70L. Not sure if this upward trend is sustainable or if a correction is lurking. Should I buy now or wait a bit? What's the community's take on appreciation in these areas over the next couple of years? Is it a good time for a first-time buyer, or is the market too hot?
