Should I push for better green spaces and security in my new Gurugram flat?

Okay, I'll be honest — moving into Ameya Sapphire Residences last month has been a mixed bag. The brochure showed such lush green spaces, but honestly, it feels a bit cramped now that we're here. The actual usable open area seems less than pictured. Also, the security system... I'm not sure how effective the CCTV and visitor management really are. We've had a few instances already. What's your take on green areas and security in Gurugram societies, especially compared to what's promised? Is this normal, or should I push for more?
