M3M ka naam toh suna hai, but delays ke kisse bhi. 3BHK ke liye stretch karna worth it hai kya for long term, considering their track record? Godrej seems safer but 2BHK will feel small later. Kya M3M projects ab time pe deliver ho rahe hain?
M3M ka toh bas naam hi kafi hai, delivery date ka toh bhagwan hi malik hai lol. First-time buyer ho toh thoda careful raho.
Haan, M3M ke kuch projects mein delays hain, but not all. Check M3M Woodshire ya M3M Urbana, they had better delivery records. RERA website pe status dekh lo, wahan latest updates mil jaate hain. Kuch projects time pe bhi deliver hue hain, depends on the specific one.
