Should I trust a broker or go direct for a Ghaziabad flat?

I work in real estate but buying for myself is completely different. Looking at a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension, maybe ₹70-80L. I'm torn: should I go direct to a builder like Migsun or through a broker? I always thought brokers get better spot discounts for their clients, but then there's their commission. Also, for a 3BHK in Indirapuram, can you actually negotiate more on resale than with new projects? What's been your experience with brokers vs direct builder deals in Ghaziabad?
