Should I trust Ajnara's on-time delivery claims?

Just moved into an Ajnara society in Sector 74, possession was delayed by almost a year. Things nobody told me: expect hidden charges at possession. PLC and EDC added almost 2L to the final cost, matlab budget pura hil gaya. Heard Supertech's projects face even bigger delays. Is it worth paying extra for a supposedly 'reputed' builder like Godrej, or are they all the same? Anyone else faced similar hidden charges? Hope this helps someone avoid a shock.
