Should we risk an under-construction 3BHK for our family?

Should we risk an under-construction 3BHK in Whitefield or Bellandur for our family? Looking at Prestige or Godrej projects. My wife's priority is kids' school admission. OC delays and project completion are a big worry. Ready-to-move is pricier but seems safer, especially with Metro Phase 3 progress. Is it worth the higher EMI for peace of mind?

Yaar, first-time buyer hoon aur bahut confused. Prestige ya Godrej ka 3BHK under-construction Whitefield ya Bellandur mein lena kitna risky hai? Wife ko school pass chahiye kids ke liye. OC delays ka darr hai, aur completion time ka bhi. Ready-to-move toh EMI bahut high kar dega, par peace of mind milegi. Metro Phase 3 ka bhi suna hai, will it make a difference? Kya higher EMI worth it hai?
