Just moved into my Ashley Estate flat in Basai last month, and honestly, super area numbers are such a scam. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhaya, but carpet area dekho toh itna kam lagta hai. Maintenance bhi super area pe charge karte hain, which feels like paying for thin air. Is this normal practice in Gurgaon? Matlab, how do you even verify these things before buying? Feeling thoda cheated.

Totally relate, bhai! My experience with a project near Airport Road was similar. They showed us these grand plans, but when possession came, the actual usable space felt so much smaller. Super area pe maintenance charge karna toh pakka scam lagta hai. Kya kar sakte hain yaar?
Haan bilkul! Ye Basai mein toh common hai. Mera cousin bhi ek project mein phasa hai, maintenance RERA carpet area pe nahi lete, sirf super area pe. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
