Shourya Shouryapuram Residential Floors Ph 1 — I'm checking out this completed project in Ghaziabad. As someone in real estate, I know the brochure vs reality game. Prices ₹28L-₹49L look okay. But, amenities ki reality kya hai? Swimming pool ya clubhouse, are they actually maintained and used, ya bas showpiece? Aur society ka mahaul kaisa hai? Family ke liye genuine community feel hai, ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Daily life mein kaisa hai rehena yahan?
