Ghaziabad mein Shree Banke Bihari Apartment, completed project hai, right? I'm based in Dubai, considering it for investment. Price ₹26-27L seems fine. But I'm wondering about the *asli* rental yield, kya expect kar sakte hain monthly? Aur iska capital appreciation trend kaisa raha hai since launch? Resale market kitna liquid hai wahan? Matlab, exit strategy easy hogi kya 5 saal baad? Can't do a site inspection myself, so need ground reality. Koi red flags ya hidden gems?

U1, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi similar experience raha hai near Afzalpur. Completed projects bhi hain but rental demand utni nahi hai jitni projections mein dikhate hain. Aur jab rental hi nahi aata toh appreciation bhi kahan se hoga? First-time buyers ko bahut caution chahiye.
