10 years of renting, and I'm finally done with landlords! Dekh raha hoon Shri Balaji Apartment in Ghaziabad. Everyone glorifies new projects for their fancy amenities, but nobody talks about how many of them are actually usable ya bas show-off ke liye hain. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Shri Balaji's clubhouse looks good on paper, but is it ever actually maintained? Kya kids' play area bas naam ka hai? I'm worried about the possession experience too. Builder bolte hain sab ready milega, but often residents find so many snags. Is the build quality good? I'm done with rent, but don't want to buy a headache. Change my mind if you think it's genuinely good. Disagree? Tell me why.

My cousin bought a flat in a similar-sounding project near Ahinsa Khand 1, Ghaziabad. Builder ne bola tha top-notch quality milegi. Possession ke baad deewaron mein seepage, lift baar baar kharab, aur kids play area toh bas ek टूटी हुई slide thi. Shri Balaji ke naam pe bhi yehi fear hai. Build quality sabse important hai, amenities toh secondary hain agar ghar hi strong nahi hai.
Totally agree with the original post! Shri Balaji ka brochure dekh ke toh lagta hai sab kuch best hai, but andar ki kahani kuch aur hi hoti hai. Meri friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha, amenities ke naam pe bas ek swimming pool hai jo saal mein 2 baar clean hota hai. Builder ki baaton pe toh ab bharosa hi nahi hota. Dil toh karta hai apna ghar ho, par aise experience sunke darr lagta hai.
Exactly! Main bhi Shri Balaji dekh raha tha, location achhi lagi. But amenities ka sunke darr lag raha hai. Kisi ko idea hai iska RERA status kya hai ya possession date?
Haan bhai, same experience! Builders promises toh bade bade karte hain, but delivery ke time sab hawa ho jata hai. Bahut tension hoti hai first-time buyers ko.
