Shri Shyam Realty Homes: Daily life reality check?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and Shri Shyam Realty Homes in New Delhi keeps popping up. My budget is around 1 Cr, and as a first-time buyer, I'm honestly a bit nervous about making the right choice. It's a completed project, which is good. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or does it just look great on paper? I'm curious about the neighbourhood quality; are good schools, hospitals, and markets really close by? Also, what about noise levels and air quality there? My parents keep saying Delhi air is getting worse, so that's a big concern. Looking for real experiences from residents. Would you recommend it for someone looking for a proper home, not just an investment?
