Has anyone actually visited the site recently or spoken to current residents regarding this? Brochures are always misleading.
U2, you're right. 708 units is a lot! Even if they have borewells, that's a huge strain. I'm looking at properties in Akshayanagar and even smaller societies there are struggling. Tanker mafia is real, bhai.
