Dekho, Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 is actually COMPLETED and has RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/
Bhai, same question! I heard some projects in that area struggle. Is it true for Shriram 107 too?
Has anyone actually visited the site recently or spoken to current residents regarding this? Brochures are always misleading.
U2, you're right. 708 units is a lot! Even if they have borewells, that's a huge strain. I'm looking at properties in Akshayanagar and even smaller societies there are struggling. Tanker mafia is real, bhai.
