Honestly, I'm really struggling to figure out the real investment value in Ghaziabad. I'm eyeing Shriram North View Apartment, ongoing, prices ₹36.45 L–₹74.35 L. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for delivery, especially for an investor jo ROI dekhta hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of buying this purely for investment. Not sure if capital appreciation potential is still good for an ongoing project. Has anyone seen price movement since launch? Kya lagta hai, realistic rental yield yahan se?
