Shriram or Sumadhura for long-term appreciation?
Been tracking Bengaluru real estate for over a decade, and I'm finally buying for myself. Honestly, it's tougher than selling! I'm stuck between Sumadhura Sarang Phase 1 and Shriram Chirping Grove. Both are ongoing, which makes me nervous about possession timelines. Everyone glorifies Sumadhura's finish, but their 'ongoing' status for Sarang makes me question delivery. Shriram, you kinda know what you're getting, but are they actually better on promises? For a 5-year appreciation, which one has more steam left? I see the super area games, but for actual ROI, is Chirping Grove's slightly higher entry point justified? Off the record, I'm leaning Shriram for stability. Change my mind.
