Visited Shubh Veda recently. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. That grand clubhouse in brochures, is it actually used daily? Or is it just a showpiece driving up maintenance costs? Builders promise a lot, but is the monthly charge even worth the actual service quality? We're just paying for ghost amenities, aren't we? What's your real experience?
