Was supposed to decide by last month but this Shubh Veda project has me worried. The builder's last few projects had serious delays, I'm talking 1.5-2 years past RERA dates. How can one trust their current timelines for Shubh Veda? My calculations for capital appreciation get completely messed up with such delays. Anyone else experienced this with them or Shubh Veda specifically?
