Shubham Apartment vs. Siddhi Vinayak: Which is better?
I'm considering Selectra Developers Shubham Apartment and JMD Siddhi Vinayak in Noida. Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? What do you think about the construction quality of Selectra Developers? Siddhi Vinayak is ready to move, a big plus, but is it worth the higher price per sqft compared to Shubham Apartment? Has anyone experienced any issues with JMD's projects? Which would you recommend for investment purposes? Mujhe advice chahiye! Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Yaar, same confusion. Shubham ka price range toh theek hai, but Selectra Developers ka construction quality kaafi suna hai. Is it really that bad?
Bhai, Selectra ka track record is not great, especially for projects around Alpha II. My cousin booked a flat with them in 2016, and till date, they've faced so many issues with amenities and even basic finishing. Shubham ka possession date 2015 hai, so it should be done, but check the actual condition.
