Shubharambh amenities: what's actually worth it?

S Gambhir The Shubharambh – just moved into my 2BHK there last month. Honestly, everyone talks about amenities when buying, but I've realized which ones are actually useful. That 'clubhouse' is more for show than use, barely anyone's there. But the small park and the security staff? Total lifesavers. Maintenance charges are higher than what they quoted initially, around 4.5k for my unit, which was a bit of a shocker. People here are friendly though, lots of families. Just wanted to share this stuff, hope it helps someone looking here.
