Oh wow, 4.5k maintenance is a lot for a 2BHK! Builders always do this, quote low and then surprise you. Sahi kaha aapne, amenities dikhane ke liye hoti hain. Was the RERA number mentioned anywhere? I thought all new projects had to have one. Thoda darr lagta hai aise hidden costs se.
