But I'm honestly not sure about its capital appreciation track record since launch? Has the price moved significantly ya it's stagnant? Aur rental yield reality mein kya hai wahan? Matlab, 2BHK ka rent kitna expect kar sakte hain monthly? My main concern is the resale market. Kitna liquid hai yeh project? Will it be easy to find a buyer in 5-7 years if I plan an exit?
