Shubhkamna Buildtech's Citrus Heights: Hidden PLC Charges!

Selling our Delhi house and booked a flat in Citrus Heights (Sector 59). Now they're adding PLC charges I wasn't told about earlier! It's almost 5 lakhs extra. Has anyone else faced this with Shubhkamna? What did you do? Seriously considering cancelling now. Kids have moved out, and I don't need this stress.
