Honestly, Kingston ka vibe hi alag hai. Lords toh bas ek typical Noida project lagta hai. Price difference definitely high hai, but sometimes you pay for the quality aur future appreciation. RTM hone ka matlab ye nahi ki sab theek hai, sometimes they rush things. Kingston ki location mujhe better lagti hai, especially connectivity wise. Kya worth it hai itna extra investment? Mujhe lagta hai haan, agar long-term socha jaaye toh.
