Shubhkamna Lords vs. Maxblis Grand Kingston: Which is better ROI?
Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and am stuck between Shubhkamna Lords and Maxblis Grand Kingston. Lords is ready-to-move, which is a plus, but Kingston seems more upscale. What do you think about the location of each? Does anyone know which has better connectivity to the metro? Also, Kingston's price is significantly higher. Is it worth the extra investment? Honestly, Kingston ka vibe hi alag hai. Lords toh bas ek typical Noida project lagta hai. Price difference definitely high hai, but sometimes you pay for the quality aur future appreciation. RTM hone ka matlab ye nahi ki sab theek hai, sometimes they rush things. Kingston ki location mujhe better lagti hai, especially connectivity wise. Kya worth it hai itna extra investment? Mujhe lagta hai haan, agar long-term socha jaaye toh.
