Honestly, I'm finding this whole downsizing process more complicated than buying our first home. Kids have moved out, so don't need a huge kothi anymore. Especially interested in the amenity reality check – gym, park, parking... are they well-maintained? Aur maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Society ka vibe kaisa hai?
