Kya aap logon ko lagta hai Siddharth Vihar se India Gate 20 minute mein pahunchna possible hai? Maine Prateek Grand Begonia ka ek video dekha, usme ye claim kar rahe hain. Project toh kaafi premium lag raha hai, 2BHK 1.30 Cr se start hai. Amenities bhi achhe hain jaise EV charging aur golf cart. But connectivity pe thoda confusion hai. Jo log us area mein rehte hain, ya wahan se commute karte hain, unka kya experience hai? Kya traffic mein itna fast possible hai? Worth it hai kya itni price mein?

Mujhe bhi yahi doubt hai. Meri ek relative Achchheja mein rehti hain, unko Anand Vihar tak pahunche mein hi 40 min lag jaate hain, woh bhi jab traffic moderate ho. India Gate toh bahut aage hai. Has anyone actually tried this route, like from Siddharth Vihar directly to India Gate, during office hours? What's the realistic time? And that 1.30 Cr for a 2BHK in an ongoing project with 2029 possession... seems really steep, no?
Haan U4, 20 min toh sirf Sunday morning 5 baje ho sakta hai! Builder log kuch bhi bolte hain, connectivity pe sabse zyada jhooth bolte hain.
U3, I tried it once on a weekday around 9 AM. From Siddharth Vihar (near NH9) to India Gate, it took me almost 1 hour 15 mins, including a bit of slow-moving traffic on NH24. That 20 min claim is purely for marketing, maybe at 3 AM. Plus, the project RERA number UPRERAPRJ790651 shows possession is June 2029. That's a loooong wait for your money to mature.
Exactly! I live near Ahinsa Khand II and even from here, during peak hours, it's a nightmare to reach Delhi. Builders claims are always inflated. Prateek Group ka track record bhi utna solid nahi hai for timely possession, especially after COVID. Check their past projects carefully.
20 min? Bhai, that's a dream. Even from closer parts of Ghaziabad it takes more. Morning traffic mein toh impossible hai. Yeh marketing gimmick lag raha hai.
