Siddhartha Vihar investment: Has it peaked already?
Has anyone actually looked at the real appreciation potential in Siddhartha Vihar lately? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, but not sure if SV is still a good investment or if prices have already peaked. Bahut log bolte hain ki yahan ka growth already done hai. What's the scene with new launches there? Are there any specific sectors ya projects jo abhi bhi undervalued lag rahe hain for a first-time buyer? I'm doing my EMI vs rent math and trying to figure out the best entry point. Any advice on how to spot a genuinely good deal, not just what brokers push?
