Siddhartha Vihar: is the upside gone?

Okay I'll be honest — even as someone in real estate, buying my own place in Greater Noida is a whole different ballgame. I've been digging into Siddhartha Vihar, and it feels like many are overlooking the future infra links. I'm wondering if it's already priced in, or if there's still good upside. What do you guys think? Are we past the undervaluation stage there?
