The hype around Siddhartha Vihar feels a bit too good to be true, honestly. I'm checking out properties there for my first home. Location achhi lag rahi hai, but I'm really worried about hidden issues. Connectivity ka kya scene hai long-term? Infrastructure development kitna reliable hai? Kisi ko koi red flags dikhe hain wahan, like builder delays ya water/electricity problems? My parents keep saying 'acha research kar le', but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Should I look elsewhere in Greater Noida?

I visited a couple of sites last month. The location is definitely developing, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway connectivity is a plus. But I'm more worried about the quality of construction and amenities. Builders promise the moon, but deliver something else. Saw some projects near Alistonia Estate with similar issues.
Exactly what I'm feeling! Siddhartha Vihar sounds great on paper, especially the pricing compared to Noida Extension. But jab ground reality dekho, lagta hai kuch toh gadbad hai. Connectivity abhi bhi ek major concern hai for daily commuters, aur future development ka promise kitna pakka hai, kaun jaane.
Haan yaar, mujhe bhi yahi lag raha hai. Kaunsa project dekh rahe ho wahan pe? Koi specific builder ka experience hai?
Sahi kaha U1. My friend booked in a project near Ajayabpur station a few years back, thinking connectivity will improve. Abhi tak possession nahi mila, aur builder bas dates pe dates de raha hai. Siddhartha Vihar mein bhi similar issues sunne ko mil rahe hain, especially with smaller developers. Be careful about builder's track record.
