Siddhartha Vihar pre-launch: My 3-year wait for ABA Corp

Is the pre-launch discount just a myth for builders like ABA Corp in Ghaziabad? I booked a 3BHK in Siddhartha Vihar almost 3 years ago, lured by the 'early bird' pricing. Expected possession was 2.5 years, but now they're saying another 1.5 years minimum. My current 2BHK in Indirapuram feels small, and I'm already stretching my EMI. This delay means I'm paying rent and EMI both, plus construction costs have risen. Are these pre-launch schemes just a way to lock in funds without real commitment? Has anyone else faced similar issues with ABA Corp or other builders here? Kya karein, it's so frustrating.
