Siddhartha Vihar's reality vs. promises, am I alone?

Siddhartha Vihar isn't quite the golden ticket everyone claims, honestly. We just got possession of our 2BHK there last month, and the maintenance charges are way higher than what was indicated. Plus, the promised retail hasn't really materialized, I'm seeing a lot of empty shops. Connectivity also feels a bit... isolated after 9 PM. Not sure if it's just my building or the whole corridor. Did anyone else buying around here notice these things before committing? Is this normal for new societies in Noida?
