Meri ek friend ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe inka ek project book kiya tha. Possession date 2 saal late ho gayi. Amenities jo promise kiye the, woh bhi poore nahi mile. Swimming pool aur clubhouse banane mein hi unko 1 saal extra lag gaya after possession. Construction quality average se bhi neeche thi, plumbing issues aur seepage ki complaints aayi thi. Definitely be careful with this builder.
