Signature Global City 37D 1

Did a site visit to Signature Global City 37D 1 in Mohali last week. Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Project looks good on paper, but after talking to a few residents, maintenance charges are making me rethink. Brochure mein kuch aur tha, ab residents bolte hain it's way higher, around ₹4-5k for a 2BHK. Not sure if that's standard ya just bad luck. Is this normal for Mohali projects? Kya amenities bhi utni achhi nahi hain jitna dikhate hain? Anyone living there, what's your actual monthly outgo? Was your possession experience smooth, ya kuch hidden costs the? Pura EMI vs rent math bigad raha hai. Kya karna chahiye?
