Signature Global City 37D II: Real costs and layout thoughts?
Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 43 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK independent floor. Signature Global City 37D II dekh raha hoon. Price range ₹1.29 Cr - ₹1.81 Cr hai, but I'm worried about the total cost of ownership. Builder ke advertised rates vs. actual jo pay karna padta hai, usme kitna fark aata hai? Like PLC, club charges, IFMS, sab add karke kitna extra lag jaata hai? Also, inke floor plans kaise hain? Usable space kitna milta hai, ya bas fancy layouts hain? Already home loan chal raha hai, so this upgrade needs to be sensible. Anyone here who has booked in Signature Global City 37D II ya nearby areas? What's your experience with the builder's delivery on promises?

Total cost of ownership ka point bilkul sahi uthaya hai. Jo advertised price hota hai, usmein toh 15-20% extra add kar lo easily for PLC, EDC/IDC, club charges, IFMS, maintenance advance. Mera ek friend
Haan bhai, under-construction mein returns ka potential toh hota hai. But total cost ka darr toh lagta hi hai. Maine bhi suna hai Signature Global ke extra charges bohot hote hain. Kitna extra lag jaata hai on average?
