Visited Signature Global City 81 Phase 2 last weekend. Construction pace for 2025 possession seems slow. I'm worried about delays impacting capital appreciation. Signature Global's Sohna track record isn't perfect. Is anyone seeing real progress on Phase 2, or should investors expect a long wait?

Okay, so the RERA date is Dec 2026. That gives them some buffer from the 2025 date OP mentioned. But still, if construction is slow now, it's a valid concern. Anyone recently visited the site on a weekday? What's the actual ground reality like, especially for Phase 2?
I went last week, U5. They're working on the lower floors for some towers, but overall it didn't feel like a fast pace. Definitely not enough for a 2026 delivery if they don't ramp up manpower and resources soon. It felt like a small team was on site.
Exactly! Mera cousin Airport Road pe Signature Global ke ek project mein stuck hai. Possession bola tha 2023, abhi tak kuch nahi. Construction speed dekh ke lagta hai 2025 tak bhi mushkil hai. Gurugram mein abhi market thoda slow bhi hai, delays se investment value pe asar padega. Capital appreciation toh dur ki baat, principal bhi fas jaata hai.
This is why I always tell first-time buyers to check RERA carefully and not just rely on sales promises. Also, visit the site multiple times, not just on weekends. See if there's actual work happening on weekdays too. Delays are a common trap, especially for budget projects where they might be juggling funds across multiple sites. Total units 424 hain, agar funding issues hue toh aur bhi slow ho sakta hai kaam.
Same here, Bhai. Baharampur Naya mein bhi ek project mein yahi haal hai. Builders just keep pushing dates. Pehle toh bade bade sapne dikhate hain.
OP, just to clarify, Signature Global City 81 Phase 2 ki RERA possession date 2026-12-01 hai, not 2025. Sales team shayad early possession ka promise karti hai, but always check RERA. RERA-GRG-PROJ-1137-2022 hai iska. Yeh baat dhyan mein rakhna.
U7, hamesha RERA pe trust karo! Builder toh sirf sales ke liye kuch bhi bol dete hain. Mere ek dost ko Basai mein aise hi early possession ka sapna dikha ke phansa diya tha, abhi tak wait kar raha hai.

Totally agree with your concern. First-time buyer hoon, aur aise delays ki news sunke aur tension ho jaati hai. Budget-conscious logon ke liye toh ek ek EMI important hoti hai.

Sahi kaha, bhai. Mere relative ka bhi experience acha nahi raha Signature Global ke ek project mein Badshahpur mein. Delays ka toh unka history hai.
