Signature Global City 93 mein lift ka maintenance bilkul bekar hai. Baar baar kharab ho jaati hai. Hum jaise senior citizens ke liye toh yeh bohot mushkil hai. Kya baki residents ko bhi yeh problem aa rahi hai?

Yeh toh bahut alarming hai. Signature Global ka naam toh suna tha, par aisi complaints sunkar darr lagta hai. Is project ka RERA number kya hai aur possession kab tak expected hai? Abhi toh construction chal hi raha hoga na?
Haan, tumne sahi sawal kiya. Iska RERA number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/682/414/2023/26 aur RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/681/413/2023/25 hai. Possession date 2026-08-01 di gayi hai. Abhi toh ongoing hai.
Haan bhai, absolutely! Mere ek relative ne bhi wahan book kiya tha, aur woh bhi same problem bata rahe hain. Senior citizens ke liye toh bahut mushkil hai ye sab.
U13, complain toh ki hai, but builder ka response bahut slow hai. Bolte hain 'maintenance team will look into it' but koi action nahi hota jaldi. Aur yeh problem baar baar hoti hai.
Builder se complain nahi ki kya? Unka response kaisa hai is par?
Sahi kaha, mere dost ke parents wahan visit karne gaye the, woh bhi complain kar rahe the ki lifts ajeeb awaazein karti hain aur beech beech mein ruk bhi jaati hain. Bahut unsafe feel hota hai.
