3 months into Signature Global City 93, and honestly, we're quite disappointed with basic utilities. Brochures promised full power backup, but it's barely for common areas. My wife struggles with the lift during frequent power cuts. We moved for an easier life, not these daily headaches. Water supply is another issue; tanker dependency is real. We're paying good maintenance for this? It's not the manageable living we hoped for. Has anyone else at Signature Global City 93 or other Sohna projects faced this? What can be done about these false promises?

I faced something similar with a project near Badshahpur a few years ago. They kept delaying possession, and when we finally got it, the amenities were nowhere near what was promised. The gym was half-built, and the 'clubhouse' was just an empty hall. We paid a hefty premium for that location and facilities. It took almost two years of constant follow-ups and society meetings to get even half of the promised things. Builders just don't care once the sale is done. This power backup and water issue sounds exactly like that pattern.

This is concerning. I was actually considering a plot in Sohna, but these kind of issues are a big red flag. For a project priced between ₹1.3 Cr – ₹2.0 Cr, you'd expect premium services. Possession date kya hai iski? Is it even RERA registered properly?
2026-08-01 is still so far away! And already these issues? Jaise U3 ne pucha, you're right, Signature Global has a mixed bag reputation. Some projects are okay, but many first-time buyers get stuck with these 'under-construction' problems even after possession. This is why I'm hesitant to invest in anything still ongoing.
To answer your question, U4, yes, it's RERA registered. I checked before. The RERA numbers are RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/682/414/2023/26 and RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/681/413/2023/25. Possession date is officially 2026-08-01. But seeing this post, it makes me wonder if even RERA registration guarantees anything when it comes to actual living conditions. They promised 700 units, so scale is definitely there, but quality seems to be missing.
