Landlord raised rent again, so EMI vs rent math makes sense now. Brochures promise great amenities. But after possession, reality kitni different hoti hai? Cracks, seepage toh nahi aate after a year? Clubhouse facilities, are they actually usable ya bas show-piece? What hidden issues should I check during site visits?
