Signature Global Cloverdale SPR mein actual construction quality कैसी है, any owners here? I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting yaar. Landlord raised rent again, so EMI vs rent math makes sense now. Brochures promise great amenities. But after possession, reality kitni different hoti hai? Cracks, seepage toh nahi aate after a year? Clubhouse facilities, are they actually usable ya bas show-piece? What hidden issues should I check during site visits?

Site visit pe plumbing aur electrical fittings ki quality check karo, especially brands used. Common areas, lifts, parking space ki finish bhi dekho. Aksar log sirf flat ke andar dekhte hain, bahar ki quality ignore kar dete hain.
Honestly, Signature Global se thoda cautious raho. My friend bought a flat in one of their earlier projects. Initially, sab mast tha. But within a year, walls mein hairline cracks aa gaye, aur ek bathroom mein minor seepage bhi shuru ho gayi. Clubhouse facilities bhi bohot basic nikli as compared to what was promised. Amenities ke naam pe bas show-off tha.
Exactly what U5 is saying! Brochure mein sab high-tech dikhate hain, but on ground reality is often different. My uncle had a similar experience with another builder near Airport Road. Ye builders amenities ke naam pe bas marketing karte hain, actual quality pe focus kam hota hai.

U3 is right about the possession date. RERA number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/955/687/2025/58 confirms the official possession is indeed 2031-05-01. But many builders, especially in the SPR area, have a history of delays. My cousin booked in a different Signature Global project near Badshahpur and got possession almost 2 years late. So factor in that possibility.
Justified? Bhai, 2031-05-01 possession date hai! Itna lamba wait, aur price itna high? Signature Global ka pehle bhi dekha hai, delivery mein bahut issues aate hain. Lagta hai phir se only brochure mein hi sab achha dikhega.
