Signature Global II: Am I overthinking NRI investment risk?
Under-construction projects in Mohali are a huge gamble for NRIs, especially with builders like Signature Global. I'm looking at Signature Global Park 4 & 5 Phase II. Being based in Dubai, I can't do site visits or chase RERA issues myself. What's their actual track record for timely delivery in Mohali? My biggest concern is getting stuck with delays and then dealing with property management from abroad. Is there even a liquid resale market for these flats after 5 years? Everyone talks about capital appreciation, but what's the real ground truth on their past projects? I'm worried about getting a property manager and power of attorney complications. Honestly, the pre-launch pricing seemed great, but if it takes forever to get possession, is the ROI really there? Change my mind.

Bhai, NRI investment mein Signature Global ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Mohali ki baat kar rahe ho, par inka track record Gurugram mein bhi koi khaas nahi hai. Mere ek dost ne इनके Sector 81 wale project mein invest kiya tha, 2 saal late mila possession. Aur usme bhi finishings ka issue. Dubai se baithe ye sab manage karna toh next level headache hai. Resale ki liquidity bhi Gurugram mein abhi tight hai, Mohali ka toh pata nahi. Kya sach mein pre-launch price worth it hai agar itna wait karna pade?
